Jamie hummed to himself as he added a small bit of gel to his hair, spiking it up a little. He was going out with Simon and he wanted to look his best. He was wearing his favorite blue shirt—he had been told it brought out the blue in his eyes—and a nice pair of black slacks that hugged his ass. If he could get his hair to set right, his look would be perfect.

Jamie was a bit nervous. His heart seemed to be beating just a bit faster than normal. His palms were sweaty. Every time he heard a car drive by on the street outside, he held his breath, waiting and wondering if he was going to hear a knock on the door. Simon wasn’t supposed to pick him up for another twenty minutes but Jamie could hope.

The last couple of weeks had been a mixture of fantasy and frustration. For the most part, Simon was everything Jamie could have hoped for. The sex was phenomenal, even the stuff Simon was introducing him to.

His sexual knowledge had certainly been broadened in the last two weeks. Jamie had always loved spankings. Now he was enjoying spankings and orgasm denial—something he never thought he would enjoy—and being bound for Simon’s pleasure.

He was still trying to come to terms with the whole submissive thing. There were times when he had no issue with it. Other times, he felt an overwhelming need to tell Simon to go screw himself. Keeping his words locked behind his lips was a constant battle.

The dating side of their life was going great. The more time Jamie spent with Simon, the more he was impressed by the man. Simon Davenport was a self-built man, creating his company and building it up with his own two hands. Jamie really respected that.

Discovering how much they had in common was just a bonus.

Jamie smiled when he heard a knock at the door. He gave one last tweak to his hair and then went to answer the door. He had a welcoming smile on his face when he opened the door. It instantly turned to a sour frown when he found Henry standing there instead of Simon.

“What do you want?” Jamie couldn’t think of a single reason for Simon’s ex to be standing on his doorstep. He stumbled back when Henry pushed past him into the house. “I don’t remember inviting you in.”

He was going to punch this guy right in the mouth.

“This is your one warning,” Henry snapped out. “Stay away from Simon Davenport. He’s mine.”

Fat chance.

“If I remember correctly,” Jamie replied as he crossed his arms over his chest, “Simon told you to take a long walk off a short pier.”

“What?” As manicured as they were, Henry’s brows still furrowed deep over his eyes. “What pier?”

Jamie rolled his eyes. He grabbed the door, making sure it was open far enough, and then he pointed. “Get out of my house.” He was not in the mood to deal with this psycho.
